Has good pickoff mov. Good command / pitch placement. But velo down in 2nd inning he pitches and gets hit

He is SP and Giants hit him hard. Stuff looks flat and slow today. Top velo is 92. He isnt going to work if he is pitching like this - Giants destroyed him. Great pickoff move. Not sure he is MLB quality arm
