Getting pitched on inner half a lot by Joyce today. He takes 5 pitches for a 3-2 count. Then fouls off to work a walk on an outside pitch. Nice AB. He isnt a consistent player though

HBP in 1st. Despite a nice 1st 3 innings for his team he doesn’t impress other than fouling off 4 straight with 3-2 count in 4th. But winds up with groundout. He doesn’t stand out but he has some talent

Singles to CF in 1st and rips a long HR to LF in the 7th. He can hit when guesses right for sure.
