He is big and strong. Bat speed very good. He looks a little too eager to me; pressing? Not sure on eye and pitch selection isnt great

Ugly error dropping the 3rd out of 1st. Swing is long but hard. He is able to foul off Walkinshaw 1st AB but K's wildly in 3rd inning. Should have a single but robbed by Cowles. In 3rd time up he focuses on contact and laces a RBI double down the 3b line. More swings like this please to avoid the fate of a 200, 30HR career which is what is in his future if he does not. But he is good at fouling it off and takes walks too which bodes well

He takes huge cut and dribbles to 2B. He needs to cut down sweing IMHO and the power will still be there given his bat speed. A HR that goes 390 feet counts the same as one that goes 500. He cuts down the swing in 5th for a RBI single that ties the game. Tries that approach again in 7th and bounces out vs Svanson

He destroyed a 90 MPH fastball for a LONG HR. 2nd time up he DOES IT AGAIN just about 25 feet further towards CF. #rd AB is a line SHOT to RF for single. Wow, his swing is on today. In 4th AB he tries to go the other way and nearly gets it by 3b. In 5th AB he lines a SHOT hit so hard right at RF that he almost missed in RF. Wow.

Wow he rips a change to the wall in C in 3rd. Caught against the wall but against Phillips change it was very impressive to see the adjustment. In 6th he goes the other wasy caught against the wall. Both could have gone on a warmer night. This guy is a beast

Shows off elite bat speed AGAIN with a double off the wall the OTHER way! What a hitter. He is the best power bat in Arizona to me and it isnt close.

Really quick bat allows him to load which he does with very short stride. He is a monster in waiting. Could be the batting version of Skenes. And maybe Ohtani?
