He gets the 9th for Glendale. Has 1.29 ERA but my only other sighting of him he was rocked. Allows 1st batter single by Sanchez on flat FB. The whiffs Placencia on 3 pitches and pops up Scott on good hard stuff. I see his stats live when he whiffs Hassell looking on 3 pitches. He had good FB movement and velo tonight.

SP for Glendale. Allows 1st inning HR to Cowles and Durbin. 4th inning HR by Bowens. Stuff is average at bestand relies too much on high FB so vulnerable to HR.

SP tonight. Hits off him are choppers and dinks. Allows a run when SS cant get the runner at 1b with a guy on 3b and 2 out. He is not a dominator but does a good job again with 1 run on 5 hits over 4 IP

His stuff is diving. Getting lots of groundballs. They got through too often in 1st. Allowed 6 hits and 3 runs in 3 IP even though he pitched ok

WHACKS a HR 20 feet over the 410 sign in CF. Off Jobe. Singles off Coffee as well in 6th. Good job- he has admirable bat skills and I think he is going to be a star in MLB

He has a fast bat with a good level cut. He flies one to RF that goes for a HR to RF the other way. Nice. Even nicer he extends arms for to the wall in gap double that plates 3 runs to cap 5 run inning. This dude can HIT - might be one of the best prospects in AZ. Numbers dont show it though it is there

Pops out in 3rd. Swings HARD in 8th and just misses it. Two bad throws including a huge one in the 6th that allowed the go ahead run to score followed by a passed ball allowing the insurance run. In 9th he drops a strike 3 right down the middle. He is further along as hitter than a catcher for sure.

Nearly drives in a run in 3rd with nice swing into right center but caught by Cook. He swings through VanLoon fastball for K in 6th. He still looks impressive at bat even in off night production wise

Facing Ribalta in 5th. He's a guy who crushes mistakes and Ribalta makes none to strike him out. Grounds out first pitch by Sinclair in 8th too. He is not consistent but when he is on….watch out

Out on leaping catch at wall in 4th. He had the pitch measured but just lacked the power to get it out. He is patient in 6th for a liner single to CF. He is smart at bat but not great pitch recog

Runner on 3b, none out in 6th and he picks on FB with a RIP to RF and OVER RF head for RBI double. Rare good swing here noting it comes off tiring Cubs prospect Hull. In 8th he caps a great finish to his day with double off RF wall. WOW - not what he has shown before as those were 2 good cuts
