Doesn’t show much at plate. But makes a diving catch - incredible - in CF in 5th. He is injured on the play but stays in. Bat is weaker than glove

Nice swing off Mattison in 5th for a double off the wall

Drives single to LF in 2nd leading off against Rocker who grooved him one. Puts a good wting on a Rocker FB again in 4th and singles the other way

drew walk in 2nd. Didn’t stand out otherwise

Not well balanced to start swing. Stance is wide and wobbly. He has work to do on offense. Ugly cuts

Replaces injury in 6th with 2 on and 2 out and whiffs Schrieber after he homered in prior AB

Pitched 8th and 9th. Looked better than solid without anything electric

in for 8th and 1st pitch lined off his foot and he leaves

On to close it out in 7th and did the job

On in 5th and gives up a grand slam to Workman

On for 5th. Throws HARD get loads the bases with 2 out to Hardman who nearly hits a GS just foul
